All of the payment must be completed online prior to the tours. After you have confirmed your tour and its date, a payment instruction e-mail will be sent to you soon. Please follow the instruction and fill in your credit card information to complete the payment before the payment due date shown below. For a booking 10 or more days prior to the day of a tour, a payment must be completed within 7 days after the booking. For a booking less than 10 days prior to the tour, please complete its payment within 48 hours after the booking.Please keep the confirmation e-mail of payment completion as your receipt. Contact us immediately should need of changing your reservation occur, although please note that your requests cannot always be met. In the event of additional fee resulting from a change being required, the fee also must be paid online prior to the tour day. As for the case in which a need for a refund arises, the fee will be paid back to your credit card account. In the event a need of cancellation occurs after a payment is completed, the payment will be remitted to your bank account after deducting the following fees: cancellation charges, bank handling charges, and our handling charges.
Date of cancellation is understood as the date and time on Japan Standard Time (JST) when a cancellation notice is received by us, not the date and time when the notice is sent from a customer.
Normally, a request for changing the date of your tour is accepted 3 days before the tour. Please send us an e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org for the request. If there is an additional charge is required upon the change, please pay the balance. If we have received extra money, we’ll pay you back. The same thing applies to the change of the number of people and a tour content. However, please note that your request cannot always be met due to an unavailability of a tour’s host and a tour guides.
